What is the Russian propaganda symbol?

The Russian government began using the letter as a pro-war propaganda motif in mid-March 2022.  It has been seen on the sides of cars, vans, advertising hoardings, bus shelters, and military vehicles.  It has also been printed on T-shirts and widely distributed through social media.
